UPDATE (June 11, 2010)
Water Bills are now due by the 15th
of each month; late fees are applied to accounts not paid by or on this
date. Late fees are calculated at 10% of
the past due balance.
Effective July 1st, 2010, Water Bills
over 60 days past due will be subject to disconnection. Water Bills will be your only warning of
potential disconnect. Service that has
been disconnected for non-payment will require payment in full, and a $50.00
re-connect fee.
Persons unable to pay their past due balance may
complete a Hardship Application, which will be reviewed for a possible
extension on the account. These forms
must be submitted prior to the date of disconnection. Forms are available at City Hall or on the
City’s website: www.cityofdanielsville.us

Sewer Availability Fees
Residential Sewer Availability Fee - Inside City - $750.00
Commercial Sewer Availability Fee - Inside City - $1,500.00
Commercial Sewer Availability Fee - Outside City - $3,000.00
Sewer Tap Fees
Sewer tap fees - Inside or Outside City - will be charged the amount equal to the actual cost to the city (amount includes supplies. hourly equipment rate, labor or any other cost incurred during installation)
*Specifications are available and required for any one installing their own water or sewer taps. Water and sewer taps will have to pass inspection by the City of Danielsville Water Department before service begins.*
1) Be a licensed plumber and/or utility contractor (show proof)
2) Be on the list of licensed plumbers for the city
3) Show proof of liability insurance
4) 1 year replacement on meter and installation
